The PM drives operational improvements, capacity planning, and process standardization across industrial grocery support locations.\nKey job responsibilities\nStrategic Program Leadership:\n- Own end-to-end program strategy for 5-10 concurrent initiatives impacting multiple facilities.\n- Define program objectives, success metrics, and resource allocation across business units.\n- Make trade-off decisions between competing priorities with limited executive guidance.\n- Develop multi-year roadmaps for operational capability development.\n- Manage program budgets ranging from $1M-$10M annually.\nOperations and Process Management:\n- Design and implement standard operating procedures across 15+ industrial facilities.\n- Lead capacity planning initiatives for warehouse expansion, equipment procurement, or process changes.\n- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.\n- Participate in facility launches, retrofits, or decommissioning projects.\n- Establish performance benchmarks and track operational KPIs across facility network.\n- Site visits required approximately 25% of the time.\nCross-Functional Leadership:\n- Lead working groups with 15-25 stakeholders from operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance.\n- Influence VP-level decision-making through data-driven recommendations.\n- Negotiate resource allocation and prioritization with peer program managers.\n- Resolve conflicts between competing organizational objectives.\n- Partner with legal, safety, and compliance teams on regulatory requirements.\nAbout the team\nThe Facilities Operations Team works to balance two priorities. First, we provide team members and customers with best-in-class support, maximizing equipment uptime, ensuring facilities are safe and clean, and maintaining consistently high customer experience across all locations as it relates to day-to-day repair & maintenance work order activity. We coordinate 24/7 emergency response. We also ensure our facilities maintain regulatory compliance related to our building systems, hazardous materials, energy usage, permits and permits/licensing related to these systems. Second, we need to deliver this level of service while minimizing cost and maintaining compliance.
