This includes strategy and execution, evolving the program(s) processes and tools, and developing mechanisms for tracking and auditing - all with the goal of delivering the right customer experience. This role combines the need to think big about customer experience, price perception, scalability, and long-term automation, with tactical execution, delivery, auditing, reporting, and conducting reviews.\nKey job responsibilities\nYou will be responsible for:\nDesign and own the strategic vision for the Pricing program\n- Collaborate with stakeholders to build a roadmap of enhancements\n- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail category management, finance, technology, and analytics teams\n- Identify opportunities for improvement or automation in existing strategies or processes and drive development with technical and business partners\n- Craft compelling recommendation docs, launch announcements, senior leadership updates and newsletters\n- Prioritize roadmaps and make trade off decisions in fast-paced changing business environment\n- Build and own mechanisms for business reporting, auditing, and reviews\n- Owning change management processes and communications for effective rollout and updates\nAbout the team\nInclusive team culture\nAt Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.
