If you thrive on turning insights into impactful product decisions, we'd love to hear from you.\nKey job responsibilities\nDefine and own the installments product roadmap, making transparent trade-off decisions on sequencing, scope, and timelines in partnership with your dedicated technology team.\nAuthor press-release/frequently-asked-questions (PR/FAQ) documents and business requirements, then collaborate with engineering to design, build, and launch features that improve customer affordability and seller participation.\nManage the installments program profit-and-loss statement, analyzing performance data and market trends to identify opportunities and refine fee structures.\nUse generative artificial intelligence tools alongside proven product management methods to speed up insight generation and development cycles.\nLead and develop up to two direct reports, coaching them on product management practices while building an inclusive, high-performing team.\nA day in the life\nYour week is roadmap-driven. Mornings often start with a review of key metrics in the weekly business review, followed by syncs with your engineering partners to unblock development and refine upcoming releases. Afternoons mix heads-down analysis of seller and customer data with collaborative sessions alongside business teams. Because the Brazilian market has unique payment dynamics, much of your strategic thinking happens independently as you tailor approaches to local realities.
