This role requires deep subject matter expertise in the supplier relationship domain and the candidate should possess a proven history of building relevant products/programs at scale alongside Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This comes with a lot of opportunities to develop/launch a new suite of product capabilities and also grow as a product leader.\nAs Sr. Product Manager you will be the lead strategist in identifying customer and industry specific pain points, driving those into solves both with the OEMs and our broader program. In this role, you will work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Business, Legal as well as Senior Leaders to bring solutions to market and evaluate opportunities for big ideas. The right candidate is someone who can “think big” while diving deep, remain flexible to change, resourceful, customer-focused, and someone with a passion for innovation at hyper speed and scale. You should also possess the ability to influence people across functions, including technical teams, partner organizations, and business leaders. To do this, you must be able to manage complex initiatives across numerous business models, create certainty out of ambiguous requirements, while having a firm grasp over the operational, strategic, and technical aspects of the product solution.
