Success will be shaped by your ability to analyze data, execute a customer-centric strategy, and communicate effectively. You will partner with stakeholders that span different organizations (Engineering, Sales, Finance, etc.) and seniority (hands-on engineers to senior leadership). You will define roadmaps, mitigate risks, prioritize against constraints, and design mechanisms for how your programs achieve success.\nYou will establish a deep understanding of customers by diving into the details of their needs. This focus will involve you learning and practicing Amazon's working backwards approach to delighting customers. Your knowledge of our services will drive greater mission outcomes, from launching brand new capabilities to overcoming obstacles.
