They will own critical Amazon services that aggregate real-time data from our transportation network combined with predictive supply chain data to drive automation, efficiency, and visibility. You thrive in a fast-moving team environment where you are able to juggle complex dependencies and requirements while producing optimal solutions.\nKey job responsibilities\nServe as the subject matter expert in transportation visibility and intelligence, leveraging your deep domain knowledge to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product enhancement\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive the successful implementation of new product features and enhancements\nDevelop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategic objectives and effectively communicates it to stakeholders\nContinuously gather and analyze customer feedback, market intelligence, and industry insights to inform product decisions and ensure the delivery of high-value solutions\nChampion a customer-centric design approach, working closely with Operational, Business, and UX team to optimize the user experience and drive product adoption\nManage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and the product is delivered on time and within budget\nBasic qualifications\n- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience\n- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product\n- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition\n- Experience with end to end product delivery\n- Experience as a product manager or owner\n- Experience owning technology products\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights\n- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
