You define the loss strategy, set targets across all loss buckets, and deliver measurable improvement through Kaizen initiatives, process re-engineering, and cross-functional program execution.\nKey job responsibilities\nLead strategic initiatives across all miles in MEATR \nDrive root-cause analysis using data to identify drivers and implement sustainable corrective actions at site, region, and network level.\nOwn the Network Loss P&L for Dark Stores and RDCs across AE, SA & EG; set and deliver annual/quarterly NL targets across WHL, WHD, and Concessions buckets.\nLead Kaizen & Improvement Projects end-to-end - scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, and benefit tracking - to achieve step-change reductions.\nBuild and operate mechanisms (WBRs, MBRs, flash reports, dashboards) to monitor loss trends, flag deviations early, and enforce accountability.\nStakeholder Management - partner with Program teams, Finance, Core FC Operations, ICQA, Transportation, and Technology to align priorities and drive shared outcomes.\nDevelop scalable playbooks for loss reduction that can be replicated across new launches and geographies.\nInfluence without authority across multiple stakeholder groups to embed loss-reduction practices into standard operations.\nDeep dive into exceptions - lead investigations into high-loss events, write COEs where applicable, and ensure preventive measures are implemented.\nBasic qualifications\n- 5+ years of program or project management experience\n- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements\n- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership\n- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership\nPreferred qualifications\n- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience\n- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
