# Sr. Program Manager, APJ Partner Core, Partner Core

We're looking for a senior program leader to help APJ Partner Core run its most important workstreams and shape our overall strategy and direction. You'll sit at the intersection of planning, cross-functional alignment, and execution. You'll program manage workstreams across consulting, technology, and distribution partners, turning priorities into clear plans, mechanisms, and measurable outcomes. You will bring structure and rigor to how Partner Core plans, prioritizes, and delivers. You'll work closely with global and APJ Partner teams, AWS Specialist and Partner (ASP) teams, AWS Global Sales (AGS) field teams, and partners to identify friction points, drive decisions, and make sure initiatives land with minimal disruption to the field. You'll be comfortable moving between sales, marketing, finance, legal, and operational topics, and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical audiences up to senior executives.
