This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and deep understanding of e-commerce's supply chain. \nKey job responsibilities\n* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure Long Term Planning cycles (Q' Guidance, OP cycles, 3Year Plans); including inputs' alignment, stakeholder reviews, and final proposal.\n* Lead strategical conversations to define our project portfolio.\n* Plan and monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with our goals and priorities.\n* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans; tracking progress and mitigating risks.\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.\n* Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices tailored to Amazon.\n* Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including sr leadership, on project milestones, risks and outcomes.\n* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in project execution and operational workflows. \n* Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards.\nBasic qualifications\n- 5+ years of program or project management experience\n- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements\n- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership\n- Bachelor's degree\n- 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience\n- Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above\nPreferred qualifications\n- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field\n- Experience working in a matrixed organization\n- PMP\n- Knowledge of and passion for e-commerce\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
