If these characteristics describe you, then come join the Amazon.com Cross Border Exports team and help make the world smaller…one package at a time\nKey job responsibilities\nIn this role the successful candidate will understand Amazons Fulfillment Network and will develop optimized processes to handle exports shipments to connected countries via ground/air shipping options. They will develop a process path to enable a cost effective fast delivery service to our customers in neighboring countries clearing Customs and delivering through the last mile. The successful candidate will thrive off waking up daily and determining how well we performed to our goals, and how we satisfied our customers today. Knowledge of transportation operations across LTL, FTL, customs and last mile is a key strength for the ideal candidate. Functional knowledge of data an analysis tools, standard deviation fundamentals and graphical data presentation models to highlight wins and misses will be integral to this role. A successful candidate will be able to show proven results in developing action plans as well as improvements implemented as a result of those plans. Additionally a successful candidate will be able to display strength influencing cross functional teams to take action on the data, as well as developing action items to improve results over the short and long term.\nBasic qualifications\n- 5+ years of program or project management experience\n- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements\n- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership\n- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership\n- Good at narrative writing with proved experiences\nPreferred qualifications\n- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience\n- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field\n- PMP certification with complex project's experience\n- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
