You must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, be an effective communicator, and be organized. Our business moves rapidly, and it’s important to be able to adapt to these changes while bringing relevant team members along the journey. You will have a high latitude on decision-making, and will work directly with product, engineering, sales & marketing, and operations stakeholders to define strategy and requirements, and then lead projects from design through delivery. This is a global role that will include interaction with stakeholders across US, EU, CN, IN, JP and AU. \nKey job responsibilities\n- Identifying customer and business opportunities and translating these opportunities into long-term vision and strategy.\n- Owning a roadmap from ideation, research, experimentation, and go-to-market.\n- Partnering with cross-functional teams to build innovative programs that delight our brand customers and lower our cost-to-serve.\n- Managing prioritization, tradeoffs, and cross-functional communication, including presenting to senior leadership.\n- Partnering with business development and marketing teams to translate ideas into great customer experiences.\nBasic qualifications\n- 6+ years of program or project management experience\n- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements\n- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership\nPreferred qualifications\n- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience\n- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
