In this role, you will dive deep into operations processes; identify risks through data and first-hand experience; build programs and improve processes to eliminate risks; and influence operations to sustain a culture of safety.\nThis role requires you to operate effectively in ambiguous environments - structuring complex problem spaces, defining project scope and success criteria, and building clear narratives when inputs are incomplete. You will own end-to-end project delivery across multiple Business Units (BUs) and geographies, managing concurrent workstreams through Proof of Concept, Pilot, and Network Deployment phases. The role demands strong execution rigor: managing vendor relationships, purchase orders, site deployments, and cross-functional dependencies against tight timelines.\nYou will influence without authority - earning trust with cross-functional partners including Operations, Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT), Amazon Robotics (AR), Engineering Services, Global Procurement (GPO), and WHS field teams to drive alignment and secure resources. You will communicate proactively through written narratives, tollgate reviews, and stakeholder updates - translating data into actionable insights for audiences ranging from site-level associates to senior leadership.\nA critical dimension of this role is process improvement. You will identify inefficiencies, document lessons learned, create mechanisms that the broader team adopts, and contribute to the continuous refinement of CPT's project management standards.
