This will include visiting TICs, developing test plans for product testing, and engaging in business development to expand the TIC network. This role will also be engaged in improving selling partner experience by coordinating with business teams and addressing selling partner pain points.\nThe candidate must be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution while working independently, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, identifying and facing big challenges, and adjusting to sudden and frequent change. Think of this role as a non-technical “solution architect” where you will be given the autonomy to develop a strategy and build effective mechanisms to scale policy compliance.\nKey job responsibilities\nServe as the primary liaison with TICs\nDevelop and optimize test plans across multiple product categories\nIdentify and onboard new TIC partners to expand network capabilities\nDrive strategic growth initiatives with existing TIC partners\nCreate and maintain documentation for TIC processes and procedures\nMaintain regular communication channels with TIC partners for day-to-day operations\nCoordinate with internal business teams to streamline selling partner experience\nIdentify and resolve operational bottlenecks and selling partner challenges\nDevelop and track key performance metrics\nPrepare and present progress reports to leadership About the team Here at Selling Partner Services, we embrace our differences.
