You will help Fortune 500 companies reimagine their SAP landscapes on AWS, not just lift and shift, but modernize, automate, and build for what comes next.\nAbout the Team\nThe AWS SAP Professional Services team partners with the world's largest enterprises to migrate, modernize, and innovate on SAP workloads. \nWhat You Will Do\nLead end-to-end SAP migration and modernization engagements on AWS, from discovery through go-live\nArchitect and deliver SAP RISE, S/4HANA, BW-to-BDC, and integration modernization solutions\nPartner with customers to define migration strategy, cutover planning, and post-migration optimization\nEngage directly with customer technical and business stakeholders at all levels\nWhat We're Looking For\n7+ years of hands-on SAP delivery experience across at least two of the following: Basis, ABAP, S/4HANA migration, BW/BDC, integration (PI/PO, BTP)\nProven experience leading complex SAP migrations in regulated or enterprise environments\nStrong understanding of AWS infrastructure and how SAP workloads run on cloud\nAbility to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving customer engagements\nExperience working alongside or managing partner delivery teams\nAWS certifications a plus; SAP certifications preferred\nKey job responsibilities\nLead end-to-end SAP migration and modernization engagements on AWS from discovery through go-live\nArchitect SAP RISE, S/4HANA, BW-to-BDC, and integration modernization solutions for enterprise customers\nOwn cutover planning, execution, and hypercare for complex SAP landscapes\nDrive AI-assisted delivery using Amazon Q, Kiro, and CodeWhisperer to compress migration timelines\nContribute reusable runbooks, playbooks, and delivery accelerators that scale across the global practice\nEngage customer technical and executive stakeholders to define strategy and manage risk\nPartner with AWS account teams, WWSO, and delivery partners to shape and win new business\nIdentify expansion opportunities within active engagements and contribute to pre-sales scoping\nBasic qualifications\n- 3+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience\n- 7+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience\n- 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience\n- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience\n- 7+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA experience\n- 6+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA experience\n- Experience working independently with minimal supervision, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities\n- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs\n- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, or other related discipline\nPreferred qualifications\n- degree in advanced technology, or AWS Professional level certification\n- Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies\n- Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR\n- Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments\n- Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre-sales environments\n- Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs\nAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
