If you are excited about working with customers across industries, tackling new technical challenges, and contributing to a team that is always learning and growing, this is the place for you.\nKey job responsibilities\nDesign and architect end-to-end database solutions for customers in our Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) vertical\nLead technical discussions on complex migration and modernization strategies across commercial relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server), open-source relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB), NoSQL services (e.g., DynamoDB, DocumentDB), and specialized database engines (e.g., Neptune, ElastiCache)\nTranslate business requirements into technical solutions that address the customer’s unique challenges in the competitive database landscape\nDrive database migration assessments, performance optimization engagements, and architecture reviews - applying technical judgment to evaluate trade-offs in scalability, reliability, cost optimization, and operational excellence\nProvide strategic guidance to customers through 1:1 advisory sessions and 1:many enablement workshops, driving database service adoption and ultimately revenue growth, by contributing to go-to-market strategy and creating reusable technical content (reference architectures, best practices)\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to gather customer feedback, influence database service roadmaps, and ensure customer requirements are translated into actionable product enhancements\nStay current with emerging trends in Database and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) technologies in order to help customers innovate and maintain competitive advantage About the team About AWS Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences.
