This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and AI innovation, helping some of the most dynamic companies in ecommerce achieve competitive advantage through technology.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Design and architect end-to-end cloud solutions for digital native ecommerce customers, addressing complex technical challenges in data platforms, analytics pipelines, AI/ML workloads, and application modernization\n- Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture design reviews, and Well-Architected Reviews with customer engineering teams to ensure solutions follow cloud best practices for security, reliability, performance, and cost optimization\n- Drive customer success by providing strategic technical guidance on AI adoption, helping customers implement machine learning models, generative AI capabilities, and data-driven personalization to enhance their customer experiences and business outcomes\n- Collaborate with AWS service teams, Professional Services, and partner organizations to deliver innovative solutions, prototype new approaches, and remove technical blockers for customer implementations\n- Create and share technical thought leadership through reference architectures, blog posts, workshops, and presentations that enable broader adoption of AWS solutions in the ecommerce industry\nA day in the life\nYou will engage deeply with customer engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges focused on data and AI. Your days include whiteboarding scalable architecture designs, conducting technical deep dives on AWS AI services, reviewing customer implementations for optimization opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to prototype innovative solutions.
