The role’s responsibilities require managing day-to-day team operations, alongside new program, product, and content experimentation. We are looking for someone to shape ambiguous problems into solutions, build new mechanisms and processes, and lead cross-functional work across Creator Services and broader Amazon Entertainment teams. This high-visibility role reports to the Head of Strategy & Operations and must be located in New York City.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Support Creator Services and Creator Ad Partnerships leadership operations. Own key documents, meetings, goal planning/tracking, resource planning, and communications. \n- Drive Creator Services and Creator Ad Partnerships strategic projects. Tackle ambiguous problems with analysis, strong business judgment, financial acumen, and bias for action. Focus areas include the creator economy, video monetization, AI capabilities, and content distribution. \n- Identify and evaluate new Creator Services and Creator Ad Partnerships opportunities. These can include new trends, partnerships, investments, and/or acquisitions. Work with cross-functional teams including executive leadership, Corporate & Business Development, Finance, Content, Product, and Engineering to assess these opportunities. \n- Build and maintain strategic frameworks and operating mechanisms that enable the team to move quickly and make data-driven decisions \n- Partner with finance, analytics, and business intelligence teams to develop performance dashboards and reporting that track key business metrics \n- Support the development and execution of quarterly business reviews, operating plans, and strategic planning cycles\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree\n- Experience solving complex problems quantitatively and develop actionable data-driven business recommendations\n- 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, corporate strategy, or a related field.\n- 5+ years professional experience working with creators, products, and/or customer-facing teams (e.g., partnerships, sales, support, marketing).\n- 5+ years familiarity with the creator economy, digital services, or media/entertainment industries.\n- Professional experience in entertainment and cross-functional organizations.\n- Proven experience building partnerships internally and externally, and demonstrated success in cross-functional stakeholder alignment.\n- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities\n- Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organization\n- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership\n- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
