You will be working to establish a departmental IT team from the ground up, supporting growth of an industrial robotics business unit. As a TPM, you will lead complex cross-functional IT-related programs, delivering results for our business stakeholders.\n- Lead multiple, complex cross-functional initiatives simultaneously from initiation through delivery. \n- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and communicate status across multiple stakeholder levels.\n- Make smart tradeoffs in system design and execution, balancing business needs with technical constraints.\n- Create mechanisms to drive timely, accurate, and comprehensive project execution.
