The role will interface with cross-functional product, business, and engineering teams to deliver a world class product to our biggest enterprise customers. Join us and make a difference in the lives of people around the world.\nKey job responsibilities\nIn this role you will:\n- Collaborate with engineering leaders both within Leo and broader Amazon to create project execution plans for international expansion.\n- Develop our developer experience roadmap with clear milestones and working backwards plans.\n- Work with engineering and product/program management to track and report out launch status.\n- Drive engineering project execution, make technical trade-off recommendations, understand the technical challenges, enable solutions, track and report on status, and resolve blocking issues.\n- Own visibility into launch status by proactively communicating progress, risks, and blockers to key stakeholders and leadership.\n*** Export Control Requirement ***\nDue to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.\nBasic qualifications\n- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience\n- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience\n- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules\n- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience\nPreferred qualifications\n- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience\n- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership\n- 3+ years of software development experience\n- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps\n- Experience managing international programs and product launches Collaborate with engineering leaders both within Leo and broader Amazon to create project execution plans for international expansion\nAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
