Join us and make a difference to people around the world.\nExport Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.\nKey job responsibilities\nIn this role you will:\n- Collaborate with engineering leaders to create project plans for Satellite Payload software development across the entire software stack including data, management plane\n- Work with product/program management to ensure that development meets schedule, cost, and quality requirements.\n- Drive engineering project execution, make technical trade-offs, track and report on status, and resolve blocking issues.\n- Collaborate with architecture, hardware, software, firmware teams on ensuring cross-functional deliverables are identified and tracked.\n- Aggregate and convert technical specifications for Leo's Satellite Payload and Data Plane software systems\n- Establish mechanisms to manage scrums, tasks, budgets, dashboards, schedule and overall delivery for the Satellite Payload and Data Plane software\n- Map HW / SW co-dependencies and track accuracy of plans and technical developments for all major milestones\n- Work closely across the org on new HW bring up.\nA day in the life\nA day in the life\nIn this role, you will build and scale Leo's Satellite Payload and Data Plane software development programs.
