And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.\nKey job responsibilities\nWork with business teams and process owners and be the global champion in driving new initiatives, representing the logistics organization.\nDetermine customer needs and drive solutions\nProgram manage global initiatives- Work to define processes, owners, data inputs, dependencies, decision points and key milestones. Create and own program/project plans and their prioritization and implementation.\nIdentify, marshal and organize resources and cooperation across departments to meet required goals.\nSolve complex issues, establish standards, processes and system requirements.\nCommunicate project status updates to stakeholders, including team members and executives. Synthesize a multitude of issues into a clear, concise and focused message. Present with confidence and brevity.\nProvide visibility into any potential risks, issues and blockers, develop mitigation plan and own resolution.
