You'll break down complex projects into manageable pieces while maintaining high standards for execution.\nIf you're passionate about solving trust and security challenges at scale while impacting millions of selling partners globally, we'd like to talk to you. \nKey job responsibilities\n- Define and manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs, setting clear objectives, measurable success criteria, and long-term strategy while driving teams inside and outside your organization to deliver.\n- Partner with engineering teams and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, align on requirements, and make smart trade-offs between time, effort, and features to keep programs on track.\n- Identify and mitigate risks proactively by overseeing gaps between teams, processes, and system architectures, reducing exposure to common failure modes such as unclear requirements, insufficient testing, or ineffective cross-team collaboration.\n- Leverage your technical judgment to evaluate system designs, question assumptions, and ensure architectures will scale to meet business needs, incorporating generative AI tools where appropriate to improve productivity and quality.\n- Communicate program progress and outcomes effectively through written narratives and executive presentations, building alignment across Directors and VPs while resolving conflicting viewpoints through collaborative decision-making.\nA day in the life\nYou will start your day reviewing program metrics and status updates, then move into working sessions with engineering teams to unblock dependencies and refine technical approaches. You will facilitate alignment discussions with stakeholders across multiple organizations, draft program documents that bring clarity to complex decisions, and use data to adjust priorities in real time.
