This role includes direct responsibility for program and project management of system level development. You will have significant influence over the design and the test approach we take to develop and test the system.\nKey job responsibilities\nThis position requires a program management background and direct experience developing relevant systems. You will create and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but will also roll up your sleeves and contribute directly. A Senior TPM anticipates bottlenecks, uses great judgment to make trade-offs, and balances the business needs with technical constraints. Your ability to understand the big picture of the project design and anticipate and plan dependencies is crucial. Your ability to take large, complex projects, break them into manageable pieces, and deliver timely results is invaluable. You will work with a team of experts and drive the team to successfully accomplish the following activities:\nDevelop and manage technical requirements for build, verification, validation of complex satellite antenna systems.\nDecompose technical requirements for test into software and hardware requirements aligned with development, manufacturing and verification test strategy\nIdentify and manage the conduct of trade studies and analyses necessary to define antenna hardware and software requirements.\nDrive the end-to-end planning and execution of satellite antenna development to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.\nCoordinate and manage a large number of dependencies across many engineering disciplines to ensure timely delivery of hardware and software to meet the program schedules.\nDevelop program and team processes and tools, as required. You must be fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project life-cycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.
