Knowledge & Skills/ Business Acumen/ Education & Experience\n· Must be a Certified Accountant with CA / ICWA/ \nCIMA/ CMA or CPA.\n· Prior experience in Retail or Market Place or Financial Retail Services is a plus\n· Strong interpersonal skills - including written and oral communication skills.\n· Zeal towards Operational Excellence/Process improvement & simplifications\n· Excellent knowledge of financial controls and procedures, US GAAP knowledge would be plus\n· Advance level excel and knowledge of SQL is a must\n· Experience of Oracle/SAP\n· Flexible, adaptable, well organized\n· Knowledge of Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (Lean, etc) preferred\n· Proactive behavior\n· Strong team skills\n· Self motivated , enthusiastic\nBasic qualifications\n- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills\n- Experience using data to influence business decisions\n- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting\n- CA with upto 0-4 Years of post-qualification experience in Month end closing of Books of accounts / working on various Sub-ledgers / Accounting Knowledge / Balance sheet Reconciliation & Reporting activities\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
