remediation plans, acting as the technical conscience to balance delivery pace with operational integrity, security, and auditability.\n\nRequirements: \n8-12 years of backend engineering experience, with at least 5 years in Go in high-scale, distributed systems.\nProven experience architecting and scaling financial systems (payments orchestration, card processing, or ledgering).\nExpert understanding of Go concurrency, synchronisation, and runtime tuning.\nStrong grounding in relational data design (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and event-driven patterns.\nPractical knowledge of security, encryption, and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, MAS, ISO 27001) in a regulated fintech environment.\nExperienced in observability and SRE practices (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana) and capacity planning.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor senior engineers and influence technical direction at scale, including articulating complex issues to all organisational levels.\nFamiliarity with IaC,
