This candidate is detail-oriented and interested in learning how the studio can make and scale impact across multiple areas.\nThis role is part of the Studio Strategy and Operations team and supports Sustainability, Global Crew Training, and other cross-functional programs across Amazon MGM Studios.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Run the operational backbone of the sustainability and crew training programs: budgets, contracts, partner payments, weekly report processing/QC, and compliance reporting\n- Design, build, and maintain scalable operational systems and automations that support sustainability and crew training program growth\n- Create and maintain KPI’s and case studies demonstrating program progress\n- Cross-functional project management across Production, Finance, Legal, and external partners to drive the programs’ roadmap\n- Develop and maintain program materials, digital content, and partner-facing resources that tell the story of program impact\n- Support large-scale cross-functional studio initiatives\n- Develop and maintain operational playbooks and best practices across studio programs and policies\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience\n- 5+ years of program or project management experience\n- Experience building or improving operational processes and tools\n- Experience working cross-functionally driving consensus and collaboration with finance, legal, and operations teams\n- Strong written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience in designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools\n- Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects\n- Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously\n- Experience in media, entertainment, or studio operations environments\n- Experience with content management, internal communications, or knowledge management\nAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.\nLos Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies.
