Supply Chain Manager, Amazon SEND

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to help scale Amazon SEND, a cross-border logistics solution for FBA sellers worldwide. In this role, you will work backwards from customer problems and partner closely with carriers to elevate the seller experience on Amazon SEND.
You will sit at the core of supply chain innovation, where your ability to drive alignment across internal and external teams directly shapes both seller and carrier outcomes.
You will identify opportunities, lead process improvements, and strengthen the value proposition of Amazon SEND. Success in this role demands expertise in cross-border logistics, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to drive progress across diverse teams. Key job responsibilities
- Develop and track performance metrics that measure business results, using data analysis to surface trends and recommend supply chain improvements for cross-border logistics.
- Collaborate with external partners - including carriers and vendors - to negotiate solutions, close deals, and grow shipping volume across international lanes.
- Work with internal teams such as Operations, Procurement, Fulfillment Centers, Seller Support, and Product and Tech to align on priorities and remove roadblocks.
- Monitor cross-border logistics market trends and proactively flag opportunities or risks that affect customer experience and business continuity.
- Build trusted relationships with local and global stakeholders, document findings for leadership, and create process improvements that support the team's goals.
A day in the life
You will start your morning reviewing business metrics and carrier performance dashboards, then jump into calls with partnered carriers to discuss volume targets or resolve operational issues. Midday might find you working with Procurement on a new proposal or pulling together a market trend analysis for your manager. In the afternoon, you will document your findings, update stakeholder reports, and collaborate with teammates to refine outreach strategies - all while picking up best practices and sharpening your analytical skills.

Amazon SEND is a cross-border logistics solution integrated into Seller Central that enables FBA sellers to ship inventory from their home country to Amazon fulfillment centers in destination countries. The team's mission is to make cross-border shipping easy, reliable, and competitively priced for selling partners located anywhere in the world. We are in an exciting growth phase, actively scaling volume and expanding into new lanes. As part of this team, you will work closely with partnered carriers and collaborate across Amazon to help shape the future of global seller logistics.
Basic qualifications
- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 1+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- 3+ years of stakeholder management experience
- Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation and supply chain, or U.S. Customs rules and regulations
