You will also have experience partnering closely with product, science and operations stakeholders to deliver critical new features and products for the business.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Interface with a diverse customer base to understand requirements, priorities, and processes.\n- Monitor and maintain systems performance & capacity planning using metrics.\n- Work on expansions of current applications to support new launches\n- Work on customer issues to identify problems and develop solutions to avoid recurrence by addressing root causes.\n- Create processes and systems that can be leveraged to help drive efficiencies and quality\nAbout the team\nAmazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) powers Amazon’s global fulfillment network.
