This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your communication, technical, and problem-solving skills to impact millions of customers around the world.\nAs a System Development Engineer, you will…\n- Provide Infrastructure support, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features and services\n- Work on coding projects primarily in Java and AWS technologies\n- Provide Software deployment support in staging and production environments\n- Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance\n- Provide System and Support status reporting\n- Own one or more technical components\n- Improve Audible's infrastructure, operational performance, and stability\n- Participate in designs, code and procedures reviews\n- Identify opportunities arising from technical discussions and do the technical trade-offs\n- Troubleshoot, research root causes and thoroughly resolve defects\n- Drive company wide campaigns with Support and Engineering teams\n- Deliver technology that addresses compliance, security and privacy risks \n- Drive large scale technology projects\n- Drive pipeline automation and CI/CD\nABOUT AUDIBLE\nAudible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
