You will build and operate infrastructure in AWS GovCloud to support Leo's systems engineering, requirements management, and test management workflows at scale.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Jama Connect Operations: Deploy, configure, maintain, and scale Jama Connect infrastructure in AWS GovCloud, ensuring high availability, performance, and security compliance (ITAR/EAR).\n- Infrastructure as Code: Design and implement CDK stacks for application infrastructure including compute (EC2/ECS), databases (RDS/Aurora), networking (VPC, PrivateLink, NLB), and storage.\n- Automation & Integration: Build automation for user provisioning, access management, backups, patching, and monitoring. Develop integrations between Jama and other Kuiper tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, TestRail).\n- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security controls compliant with ITAR and export control regulations. Manage access through least-privilege models.\n- Monitoring & Incident Response: Build dashboards, alarms, and runbooks. Participate in on-call rotation to ensure service reliability.\n- Tool Evaluation & Adoption: Evaluate, pilot, and onboard new productivity tools to support Kuiper's engineering workflows. Drive user training and adoption.\nA day in the life\nIn this role, you will function as both an Jama/productivity tools DevOps Engineer. You will operate various collaboration tools stacks in AWS GovCloud, develop automation for upgrades/patching/testing, and enhance observability of the systems. You will work with stakeholders and senior engineers to design and develop custom solutions and integrations between the productivity tools and other services in a secure manner.\nAbout the team\nALPEAS builds and operates the core productivity solutions supporting Leo's operations and engagements with business partners.
