If you fit the profile, we would love to talk to you!\nKey job responsibilities\nYou will partner with Software Engineers to develop scalable and highly resilient systems therefore system design together with coding are key!\nDiagnose and resolve complex production issues across a large-scale analytics platform, performing thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis\nDevelop new features spanning services across multiple stacks, using Java, Python and TypeScript on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, OpenSearch)\nDesign and implement monitoring and alarming to ensure platform reliability, data freshness, and performance\nManage software deployments and supporting infrastructure in AWS and web technology environments\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a shared knowledge base to improve operational excellence\nBasic qualifications\n- Experience in professional software and systems development\n- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)\n- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby\n- Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology\n- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience with AWS or cloud technologies\nAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
