You will be part of a team integrating new silicon, hardware, firmware, and software into a revolutionary system architecture.\nKey job responsibilities\nLead triage, debugging, and root cause analysis of systems in AWS data centers \nEnhance troubleshooting capabilities and drive closure of in-fleet problems \nAnalyze customer workflows and requirements to provide targeted resolutions \nCollaborate with Annapurna Labs monitoring team and root cause teams to improve product quality and reliability in fleet operations \nRepresent the customer voice by providing fleet operation insights and requirements to Annapurna Labs' ASIC design, software development, QA, and architecture teams \nDevelop and maintain training materials, quality documentation, and collateral to improve in-fleet operations \nDesign and implement tools and scripts to support projects and customize solutions based on requirements \nTravel as needed, approximately 2-4 times per year\nBasic qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields\n- Knowledge of scripting languages (bash, python, etc.)\n- 8+ years of experience as System Engineer; experience working with systems, including software, firmware, and hardware components\nPreferred qualifications\n- Computer architecture knowledge\n- High-speed interfaces knowledge and debug capabilities- PCIe, Ethernet, DDR etc.\n- Experience with server (x86 / ARM) design or architecture.\n- Experience with operating systems, networking, and remote debugging.\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
