Are you ready to build the future of secure cloud computing in Australia? \nKey job responsibilities\nThe Systems Engineer contributes to the design, implementation, and automation of complex Windows infrastructure solutions across multiple environments. This role supports the infrastructure automation, system architecture, and Windows environment management, focusing on developing automated solutions for managing large server fleet.\n- Provide technical support for Windows Server infrastructure systems and Active Directory services\n- Perform system maintenance, updates, and patch management for Windows environments\n- Develop and implement automation solutions for routine support processes using PowerShell and other scripting tools\n- Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities, and contribute to knowledge base and runbook development\n- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 system availability\nAbout the team\nRegion Services provides the highest caliber Operational Solutions and Cleared Support for services within our Regions.
