Our mission is to manage and scale information technology asset disposition (ITAD) services for used electronics and electronic equipment (UEEE) through secure and environmentally sustainable practices supporting asset recovery, reuse, recycling, and other circular economy initiatives.\nKey job responsibilities\nThe Systems Support Engineer supports Reverse Logistics operations based in CVG110 by building, deploying, and maintaining failure analysis testing infrastructure for the world’s premier cloud computing platform. This role operates in a multi-platform, international lab environment supporting hardware testing, automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.\nSystems Support Engineers manage test automation infrastructure across multiple platforms and architectures and implement scalable testing, monitoring, and reporting solutions that improve hardware quality, reliability, and operational readiness.\nKey job responsibilities\n· Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve testing environments for Failure Analysis of platforms and components.\n· Develop and support automation, scripting, and engineering tools that improve testing efficiency, reliability, and scalability.\n· Utilize source control, code review, change management, and deployment mechanisms to safely implement technical changes.\n· Monitor infrastructure health, investigate failures, identify root causes, and drive issues through resolution.\n· Develop and improve reporting, dashboards, technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and operational processes.\n· Manage engineering work through established project and ticketing mechanisms, including ownership, deliverables, risks, and escalations.\n· Support testing solutions throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements and deployment through sustainment and continuous improvement.\n· Maintain required test infrastructure materials, components, and inventory.\nA day in the life\nA Systems Support Engineer serves as a key technical owner within the Failure Analysis lab, responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting the hardware and software that support test environments. The role requires strong ownership, sound technical judgment, and the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that impact testing operations.
