Interview and assess technical writer candidates. Develop onboarding documentation and internal wikis for new AWS writers by researching required tools, processes, and environments, adapting general onboarding materials to writer-specific needs, and coordinating scope and timelines with leadership. Perform team-lead responsibilities for Q Developer documentation, including facilitating bi-weekly backlog grooming and sprint planning meetings, reviewing analytics, producing monthly status summaries, performing capacity planning, and reporting insights to management. Analyze Adobe Analytics data to assess documentation usage and trends, compare performance across services, and support data-driven decisions related to prioritization and resourcing.\nPosition Requirements:\nBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Communications, English, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
