You'll drive business value through technical advisory and partnership building, creating and managing workstreams that delight our customers and deliver meaningful change for the models that back them.\nKey job responsibilities\nDrive and document effective ML/GenAI solutions for customer requests, transforming complex research objectives into clear, actionable data collection requirements\nCoordinate across teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment\nOwn relationships with customer scientists, becoming their go-to partner for ML data solutions\nProvide consultation on ML workflow capabilities, helping customers maximize value\nMonitor and optimize collection health metrics to ensure customer success\nDrive customer adoption through providing technical value and the provision of an exemplary customer experience.\nYou'll also:\nGuide customers on workflow feasibility and data collection best practices\nCollaborate with implementation teams to define and validate technical requirements\nEvaluate scalability of annotation scenarios and provide strategic recommendations\nInfluence technical documentation and guidelines\nBasic qualifications\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in German and English at C1 level or above\n- Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in Python or SQL, command-line tools (CLI), and JSON\n- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or client-facing technical role (e.g., technical support, solutions consulting, technical account management, implementation consulting, presales engineering, or similar)\nPreferred qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field\n- Experience in AI/ML data workflows, data annotation, or data collection operations\nAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
