If you are a collaborative, data-driven problem solver who communicates with clarity and builds trust across all levels, we want to hear from you.\nThis position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Define and manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs, setting clear objectives, success criteria, and roadmaps that align with organizational goals.\n- Drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders by facilitating crisp decision-making, providing context for technology choices, and prioritizing initiatives based on customer and business impact.\n- Identify and mitigate risks proactively by overseeing gaps between teams, processes, and system architectures, reducing exposure to common failure modes such as unclear requirements or insufficient testing.\n- Leverage your technical judgment to evaluate proposals, test assumptions, and make smart trade-offs between time, effort, and feature scope while partnering with engineering leaders to ensure solutions scale appropriately.\n- Communicate program progress and outcomes effectively through written narratives and executive presentations, building consensus when perspectives differ and escalating with good judgment when needed.\n- Partner with Business, Product, and Technology Leaders and teams to deliver value for our customers\n- Drive visibility and transparency of dates, milestones, and schedule throughout the customer onboarding process\n- Build inclusive relationships with partner groups in AWS Region Services, Networking and the World Wide Public Sector teams. Ensuring that these teams focus on our customers and support customer missions.\nA day in the life\nYou might start your morning reviewing program metrics and identifying areas that need attention before joining a cross-team sync to unblock a critical dependency. By midafternoon, you could be drafting a narrative that frames a key trade-off for senior leadership, then pivoting to a design review where you pressure-test architectural assumptions with engineers.
