The successful candidate will be a hands-on TPM with a track record of coordinating complex product development initiatives and delivering high-performance, scalable and reliable systems that solve real-world problems. Experience with robotics, hardware/software systems and/or embedded systems is strongly desired.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Define and manage the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs by establishing mission, vision, objectives, and measurable success criteria that align with organizational goals.\n- Drive alignment across engineering and business stakeholders by facilitating crisp decision-making, negotiating priorities, and ensuring technical and business needs remain in sync throughout program execution.\n- Proactively identify risks, resolve ambiguous problems, and close gaps between teams, processes, and system architectures to reduce exposure to common failure modes and keep programs on track.\n- Leverage data and metrics to monitor program health, surface insights, and drive continuous improvements that are quantified and communicated clearly to leadership through narratives and status updates.\n- Collaborate with engineers to evaluate system designs, question assumptions, and make informed trade-offs between scope, timeline, and technical constraints while ensuring solutions scale to meet long-term business needs.\nAbout the team\nWe are a multi-disciplinary team of Applied Scientists and Software Engineers with expertise in Computer Vision, SLAM, motion planning and controls. Our mission is to deliver a robust software solution the utilizes state-of-the-art sensor technologies and algorithms to enable safe and efficient operation of autonomous mobile robots throughout the Amazon fulfillment and transportation network.
