If you are a collaborative, data-driven program leader who communicates with clarity and builds trust across organizations, we want to hear from you.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Define and manage the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs - setting mission, vision, objectives, and measurable success criteria while driving teams inside and outside your organization to deliver.\n- Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, make informed trade-offs between time, effort, and features, and ensure architectural decisions scale to meet long-term business needs.\n- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across teams, processes, and system architectures, reducing exposure to common failure modes such as unclear requirements, insufficient testing, and ineffective cross-team collaboration.\n- Leverage data to track program health, communicate progress to Directors and VPs through well-structured narratives, and align your program with broader organizational objectives.\n- Evaluate opportunities to integrate generative AI tools and other emerging technologies into program workflows, refining outputs and applying responsible practices to improve productivity and quality.\nA day in the life\nYou will start your day reviewing program metrics and adjusting priorities based on the latest data. Much of your time is spent in working sessions with engineers, product managers, and business leaders - aligning on requirements, unblocking dependencies, and pressure-testing technical proposals. You will draft and refine program documents, prepare updates for senior leadership, and mentor other program managers.
