# Technical Program Manager, Serviceability

Data Center Serviceability team works with hundreds of data centers globally to deliver the highest quality and lowest cost availability, capacity, and scaling results for our customers. We standardize operations globally by delivering tools, policy, processes, and procedures to our internal teams. Serviceability is the ability to maintain, repair, and manage infrastructure assets efficiently throughout their lifecycle, encompassing maintenance standards, spares management, training and certifications, operational readiness, and the systematic use of data and automation to prevent disruptions and drive continuous improvement. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support serviceability for water systems across our data centers. Water quality management is a critical and fast-growing area of data center operations, where evaporative cooling, condenser water, and makeup water systems must be kept safe, compliant, and reliable to protect both people and infrastructure. This role will define how water systems are sampled, maintained, and kept within regulatory compliance as we scale from early programs to a global fleet, with a focus on proactively catching water quality issues
