This role requires to travel for business requirements.\nTrainer Best Behavior\n1- Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled.\n2- Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped AMZL and EDSP stations towards meeting business goals.\n3- Proactively track mapped stations performance and pre-announce training interventions.\n4- Must be approachable and exhibit the best behavior while at work.\n5- Always be up to date with the latest techniques, tools, and processes.\n6- Own to support territory specific or zonal projects.\n7- Drive in quality & learning related metrics\n8- Hold a strong hand in excel, PPT, AI tool content making, Email writing\n9- Build strong connect with stakeholders and support in shaping business by proactively offering visibility on recurring outliers.\n10- Keeping business and stakeholders updated about all the training interventions.\nKey job responsibilities\nJob Responsibilities:\n1- Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled.\n2- Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped AMZL and EDSP stations towards meeting business goals.\n3- Proactively track mapped stations performance and pre-announce training interventions.\n4- Supervise structured learning metrices and also oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.\n5- Managing live performance metrices end to end for the assigned territory.\n6- Conducting learning session on new process as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.\n7- Maintaining data and analysis through reports on excel (as per business requirement)\n8- Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.\n9- Partners with operations leaders while conducting station audit to check the process compliance and fix the gaps on an immediate basis.\n10- Identifying learning coaches & certifying them.\n11- Lead the individual improvement projects to enhance the business performance. \n12- Drive Quality & Learning metrics \n13- Conducting chime sessions & Class room sessions to the stake holders\nA day in the life\n- Track the day to day business metrics and plan to visit the mapped stations for metric improvement\n- Involve and engage well with mapped LA/LGs for daily L&D activities\n- Offer visibility on daily reporting's and progress updates\nBasic qualifications\n- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation\n- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience working with and delivering training/information to Associates and TL level employees\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
