About the team You'll join the London Studio Design Team within Devices & Services (D&S), where we explore what's next to shape what's now. Our futures-focused team operates at the intersection of technology, customers, and strategy-creating validated concepts that shape leadership direction for Amazon's consumer hardware and services portfolio, including Alexa, Echo, Fire TV, Fire tablets and Kindle. As a UX Design Intern on our team, you will collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to craft compelling visual experiences and intuitive interactions that bring new products to life. You'll work at the intersection of user experience and user interface design and be involved in everything from early stage concepts to high-fidelity designs.\nBasic qualifications\n- Knowledge of design process\n- Experience in a variety of design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools\n- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in interaction design, visual design, motion design, industrial design, or related field\n- Portfolio demonstrating visual design craft, interaction design thinking, and design process\nPreferred qualifications\n- Experience creating high-fidelity interactive prototypes\n- Experience designing across platforms and form factors\n- Familiarity with Gen-AI tools and AI-augmented design processes\nAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
