# Value Engineering Manager, Value Engineering

Amazon builds fast-and behind every new Fulfillment Center, Sortation Center, Delivery Station, and capital investment is a critical question: **Are we buying the right solution at the right price?** We're looking for a **Cost & Value Engineering Manager** to partner with Amazon's North America Design & Construction stakeholders, delivering construction cost engineering and value engineering services that optimize design, validate costs, and inform capital investment decisions across Amazon's infrastructure network. This role is high-impact, high-variety, and technically demanding. You'll develop bottom-up cost estimates, should-cost models, and Value Engineering analyses across a diverse portfolio of building types, material handling equipment (MHE), automation, and capital projects. From multi-site retrofit programs to complex, one-off initiatives, you'll evaluate design alternatives, optimize specifications, identify cost drivers, and produce defensible cost models that shape sourcing, design, and investment decisions.
