This role ensures that the organization maintains full compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and all applicable government regulations.\nKey job responsibilities\n- Manage all employee-related transactions and records on the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) platform.\n- Handle employment contracts, employee transfers, work permits, and other HR transactions through the Qiwa platform.\n- Manage HRDF (Hadaf) programs, employee registrations, and government support initiatives.\n- Monitor and maintain compliance across all HR-related government platforms.\n- Ensure employee information is accurate, complete, and consistent across internal systems and government portals.\n- Track regulatory deadlines and ensure all required submissions and updates are completed on time.\n- Monitor Saudization requirements and support the company in maintaining the required Nitaqat compliance level.\n- Stay updated on changes to Saudi labor laws, government regulations, and platform requirements.\n- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve compliance-related matters.\n- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions to minimize operational and regulatory risks.\n- Prepare regular compliance reports, dashboards, and updates for HR management.\n- Maintain accurate documentation and records to support internal and external audits.\nBasic qualifications\n- Speak, write, and read fluently in English\n- 1+ years of customer service or back-office roles in corporate environments experience\n- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)\nPreferred qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree or equivalent\n- 2+ years of human resources experience\n- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
