Trainers evaluate and refine processes and techniques to improve learning effectiveness and production across all departments in the building. The Trainer assists in driving the success training plans and supporting the needs of the Fulfillment Center workforce. \nPrerequisite: \nWilling to work flexible schedules / shifts \n Act as a supervisor for Instructors and Peer Trainers with new hires \n Deliver Instructor training observation and coaching to the AMET standard \n Ensure training records are kept up to date through the console \n Ensure AMET training materials are kept and delivered against AMET standard and provide a positive learning experience \n Use and analyze data on a daily basis to improve NH learning experience \n Feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on their delivery and new hire (NH) groups performance \n All tests/ audits are completed and responses are tracked \n Organize (Instructors assignment) and monitor cross training for the operations to support peak skill requirements \n Work with operations on a skill matrix to highlight gaps for critical role training \n Support operations with the delivery of critical role training \n Improve processes from gathering feedback and analyzing data \n Support the recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers \n Attend meetings when required and provide information required \n Work in partnership with the agency managers to improve new hire performance \n Support AMET level projects with feedback and improvements \n- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience\n- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays\n- Can lift up to 49 pounds stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and be able to frequently push pull squat bend and reach\nPrevious experience as a trainer prior training teaching or presentation experience.
