The role involves managing MuleSoft deployments on Red Hat OpenShift, automating CI/CD pipelines, implementing security configurations, monitoring platform performance, and providing production support.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\n- Operate, manage, and support MuleSoft runtimes across CloudHub, Runtime Fabric (RTF), and hybrid/on-premises environments.\n\n- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot MuleSoft Runtime Fabric on Red Hat OpenShift.\n\n- Manage OpenShift components, including pods, operators, builds, and routes.\n\n- Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications and infrastructure.\n\n- Automate deployments, environment configurations, and release promotions using GitLab and Ansible.\n\n- Implement and support TLS and mutual TLS (mTLS) configurations for MuleSoft APIs and integrations.\n\n- Monitor platform performance, JVM metrics, and application health using Dynatrace.\n\n- Manage centralised logging, monitoring, and alerting through Splunk.\n\n- Troubleshoot connectivity, DNS, certificate, proxy, firewall, and networking issues.\n\n- Support DMZ-hosted MuleSoft runtimes and ensure secure inbound and outbound traffic.\n\n- Provide production support, incident triage, outage recovery, and on-call assistance.\n\n- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), document findings, and implement preventive measures.\n\n- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance, availability, and platform resilience.\n\nRequirements : \n\n- 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform infrastructure, DevOps, or platform operations.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience supporting MuleSoft CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and hybrid/on-premises environments.\n\n- Experience deploying and managing MuleSoft Runtime Fabric on Red Hat OpenShift.\n\n- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and OpenShift architecture, including pods, operators, builds, and routes.\n\n- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.\n\n- Experience with Ansible and infrastructure automation;
