As Area Sales Manager (ASM) you are the key external interface for all commercial activities between AmbaFlex’ Head Office and our customers, prospects and business partners. Your daily activities are focused on selling the assigned AmbaFlex products (spiral conveyor solutions) and developing business relationships in such a way that your personal objectives will be met.
In your activities you will always ensure that AmbaFlex is seen as a reliable & professional business partner.
What You'll Do:
- Achieve assigned budget and objectives as set by the Country Manager.
- Manage and develop assigned PMCs and accounts to increase revenue, profit, and customer loyalty.
- Convert qualified prospects into loyal and profitable AmbaFlex customers.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market developments.
- Identify and communicate strategic opportunities to enhance sales performance.
- Align sales activities with AmbaFlex’s Sales Strategy and key objectives.Act as a professional business partner in all customer-facing activities.
- Maintain close working relationships with AmbaFlex colleagues to deliver optimal solutions.
- Ensure consistent and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.Work and communicate according to agreed processes, guidelines, and systems.
- Escalate topics outside your authority to your manager in a timely and constructive manner.
- Operate in a cost-effective manner while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
- Share insights and feedback to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
- Support a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
