develop smart contract on Solidity or related technologies\nWrite high-performance blockchain code and ultra-low latency systems (Golang, Rust)\nAnalyze massive data and improve internal blockchain algorithms and related systems\nAble to continuously apply new blockchain-related technologies and solve challenging tasks in a fast pace\nWork closely with other teams on blockchain research and development\nRequirements:\nUnderstanding blockchain/smart contract technology is a must\nProficiency in at least one programming language such as Node.js (Typescript), Go, Rust, C++\nMust have hands-on experience designing or deploying on-chain trading strategies, including at least one of the following: DEX Arbitrage, Liquidation bots, On-chain Market Making (AMM), or Active Liquidity Management etc.\nKnowledge of network architecture and Dev Ops skills is preferred\nTeam-work effectively with the direction of the team\nBachelor's degree or above from a reputable school, more than 2 years of development experience\nExperience in popular and practical software engineering SDLC is preferred\nProficient in high-performance programming and algorithms, have a good mathematical foundation\nPossess good communication, understanding, and expression skills, and can actively promote R&D forces to complete product
