management.\nKey Responsibilities\nLLM Evaluation & Deployment: Assist in benchmarking and deploying both open-weight and proprietary language models (e.g., Qwen, DeepSeek, GLM-5.2, Claude, and Gemini) tailored for local hardware and specific enterprise use cases.\n\nAgentic Workflow Automation: Help configure and maintain AI agent frameworks (such as OpenClaw, NanoClaw, Hermes Agent, and Claude Code) to orchestrate complex, multi-step software tasks.\n\nPipeline Engineering: Build and manage data integration pipelines using workflow automation tools like n8n to connect AI models with CRM systems (e.g., Twenty CRM), ERPs, and internal databases.\n\nData Extraction & Web Scraping: Utilize tools like Firecrawl or Apify to systematically extract point-of-interest data and monitor social media trends for brand and demographic analysis.\n\nInfrastructure Support: Support the maintenance of containerized environments (Docker) and centralized multi-user workstations (Proxmox VE, Parsec) required for resource-intensive AI operations.\n\nDatabase Management: Assist in configuring and querying vector databases, particularly PostgreSQL utilizing pgvector, to support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).\n\nProgramming: Proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of API integrations, JSON, and RESTful architectures.\n\nAI/ML Foundations: A strong foundational understanding of natural language processing (NLP), prompting techniques, and the operational differences between various LLM architectures.\n\nProblem Solving: A highly analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot hardware configurations, VRAM limitations, and container deployment issues.\n\nPreferred Tech Stack Experience\nWorkflow & Orchestration: n8n, Tavily, Google
