Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering, including experience leading or mentoring engineers.
  • Strong CS fundamentals (Tier-1 college preferred).
  • Deep experience with backend systems and APIs (e. g., Node.js, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with modern web stacks (e. g., TypeScript, React, Next.js, or similar).
  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. ) and with OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
  • Experience with LLMOps and evaluation frameworks.

Other Requirements:

  • Experience building end-to-end systems from scratch and leading a team through that build.
  • Track record of optimizing for latency.
  • Prior work in Series A/B startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable working with data-intensive applications and distributed systems.
  • Ability to pick up new technologies quickly and move across the stack as needed.
  • Solid understanding of performance, system design, and scalability
